Now Featuring Bert Grimm

Ever wondered what a wartime tattoo looks like? HERE ARE THE ACTUAL DESIGNS.

Through the strange and vast network of West Coast tattoo artists, World Wide Tattoo Designs has gained access to a wealth of historic tattoo flash that dates back through the 1920s, 30s, 40s and 50s. The designs you are about to see have never been published. They have remained for decades on the walls of tattoo shops that have been passed down to new generations.

We at World Wide Tattoo Designs have had the honor of restoring these valuable pieces. We now offer them to the world for viewing and for purchase. Like our regular inventory, the purchase of these designs includes a high-resolution full-color image as well as a line drawing that can be taken to a tattoo artist for application!

Although tattoo art has changed dramatically over the years, there has in recent years been a resurgance of interest in the old school style. With its sailor emblems, cartoon characters and scantily clad women, it represents the history of the art as well as well as that of an American sub-culture.

We are currently featuring the late legendary Bert Grimm, who tattooed on the Nu Pike amusement park in Long Beach, CA.
